    Duties are including but not limited to:

    - Assist and lead project management between contractors, architects and clients

    - Produce lighting and hardware schedules and specbooks

    - Create budgets, presentations. and proposals for client approval

    - Present design schematics and design development drawings and deliverables for clients, architect and contractor review

    - Sourcing furnishings, decorative items, plumbing. hardware, and all other items needed

    - Create illustrations and documents for custom furnishings and accessories for production

    -Manage all procurement for projects [Proposals, orders, expediting, final invoicing -including time billing invoices]

  • May 2020-June 2021

    Duties include but are not limited too:

    -Meeting with clients for initial design meetings

    -Site visits including site measurements for construction / renovation, project check-ins

    -Communication w/ clients, vendors and contractors throughout renovation progress

    -Custom designs of kitchens and bathrooms

    -Custom millwork drawings for woodshop

    -Finish selections for clients approvals

    -Budget schedules

    -Expansion of finishes and fixtures to clients to increase profitability of Woodstock Kitchens

    -Social Media Marketing (I still continue to do this for Woodstock Kitchens)

    -Networking responsibilities including but not limited to attending networking events, giving presentations regarding business services and creating marketing materials

    -Renovation and furnishings of AirBnBs

    -Consulting / E-design for various clients

    -Consulting for commercial spaces

    -Marketing and content development for company for website and social media

    -Creating invoices and purchase orders for vendors and clients

    -Bookkeeping and administrative duties

    -Create and update website including weekly blog posts and press page
